Have a Question or Concern?

A quick reminder about the best way to have a community concern addressed: Message Board posts should not be expected to receive a response from the CVCA Board or Carlton Property Services.  The Valley Connections Message Board is intended for neighbors to share information and communicate with one another. It is not an official channel for submitting concerns, complaints or requests.  If something in the community needs attention, please contact Carlton Property Services directly by email or phone. That ensures your concern reaches the right people and can be properly addressed.

Have a concern? Send it directly to Carlton so it gets to the right place.

Thought of the month

“The art of conversation lies as much in listening politely as in talking agreeably.” — William Hazlitt

Did you know? -- A Little Valley History

Cliffs Valley was once a working cattle farm!

When golf architect Ben Wright designed the Valley golf course, he worked to preserve the natural character of the land, following its rolling terrain rather than extensively reshaping it.

The course officially opened in 1995, and the grand opening was quite an occasion. On October 2, 1995, PGA Tour champions Paul Azinger, Jim Colbert, Bob Murphy, and Jay Haas played an inaugural exhibition round before a crowd of approximately 3,000 people.  And what a way to begin! Paul Azinger eagled the very first hole!

More than 30 years later, much of the natural beauty Ben Wright sought to preserve is still part of what makes our Valley such a special place to call home.
